Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality plants and gardening products. Due to the nature of live plants and perishable items, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.


6. Plant Care Responsibility

We provide basic care instructions with every plant. Refunds will not be issued for plants that die due to:

• Overwatering or underwatering

• Lack of sunlight or improper environment

• Neglect or misuse
